La Vigna Rossa is a farm 4 km. from Bevagna, in fenced farm. The house used for the hospitality has been restructured and divided into two large apartments that can accommodate 7 and 8 persons respectively. Serving of the farmhouse, private parking, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, a small swimming pool.
On the ground floor in the apartment IRENE, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 triples and 1 double room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large dining room of 40 sqm. with cast iron stove.
Upstairs, the apartment VICTORY, there are 2 doubles and 1 triple (+ cot), lounge with fireplace and kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The decor is simple, but comfortable
The apartments are equipped with crockery and linen and towels changed weekly and equipped with heating.
A special feature for our choice is their large size: about 120sqm apartments specialy for the ground floor, 100 sqm. the other on the first floor.
Also, note the presence of mosquito nets on all windows, a small detail in the country, summer is not to be underestimated.
Guests can enjoy the view of the house in Assisi and Mount Subasio and have shaded gazebos with tables and chairs, in green surrounding the house.
Subject to availability, on request and free of charge, you can have an iron and ironing board and high chair.
