AGRITURISMO’S CHARACTERISTICS: the agriturismo Campolungo is immersed in the country and it has a wonderful view to the sea and to the near towns due to the panoramic key position. In the farm a conventional agricolture is practised with a production of cereals and olive – oil privately made. The land property includes, moreover, pieces of land employed in kitchen garden and vineyard for homely uses.
The agriturismo consist sof a typical farmhouse of the Marche province; it dates back to the eighteenth century and it develops in two levels with mansard. The building has brickworks walls and it’s restored with a correct style of strengthening and reclamation and it’s well included in the local landscape.
The agriturismo offers the service of day and overnight stay and it has a maximum of n.24 beds in autonomous flats.
FLAT’S DESCRIPTION: n.1 room with n.2 bed; n.1 living room with a little kitchen, refrigerator, kitchenbattery, a divan with a double bed; n.1 bathroom with shower; warm water, gas and light use autonomous for each flat.
EXTERNAL SERVICES: to mt.300: restaurant, pizzeria, swimming pool, tennis court and bowls court; to km.3: horse riding; race course. It is near to more important outlets of shoes, apparel and accessories of famous local brands and to storical inner city: Loreto, Recanati, Macerata, Fermo, Tolentino, ecc.
STAY: from Saturday afternoon at 16 to Saturday morning at 10.
